Scope of Work:
- Wall Repair and Patching:
- Inspect the walls for any cracks, holes, or imperfections.
- Patch and repair any damaged areas using an appropriate filling compound and a replacement GIB board patches.
- Sand down patched areas to ensure a smooth surface.
- Ceiling Preparation:
- Clean ceilings to remove dust, dirt, and any loose particles.
- Inspect for cracks or imperfections and repair as necessary.
- Sand down any rough spots for a uniform finish.
- Primer Sealer Application:
- Apply one coat of primer sealer to all repaired and patched areas, walls, ceilings, and doors.
- Ensure even coverage to promote paint adhesion and uniformity.
- Paint Application:
- Apply two coats of Dulux Wash and Wear paint to walls, ceilings, and doors.
- Use high-quality brushes and rollers for smooth and even application.
- Allow sufficient drying time between coats as per the manufacturer's instructions.
- Cleanup:
- Remove any masking tape and protective coverings.
- Clean up any paint spills or drips.
- Dispose of any debris and waste materials responsibly.
